DIVYA BHARDWAJ
Divya Bhardwaj is also the Co-founder of the LLP with a diverse range of experience of around 8 years. Having worked with the Big Corporates, she has seen a swath of corporate law and legal needs of varied corporations. She leverages this varied background to address client challenges, combining critical thinking with knowledge of laws and provisions to build impactful solutions. She holds LLB and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Allahabad, and is an Associate Company Secretary and also holds Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis School of Distance Learning with a specialization in Finance.

She also brings in experience in the areas of legal due diligence, Secretarial Audit, rendering opinion on corporate matters and other Corporate Laws, drafting and processing various petitions / applications with NCLT / MCA. She has a rich experience of Secretarial, Legal & Corporate Advisory services. Her areas of specialisation comprises of Secretarial compliances, corporate advisory, correspondence and coordination with regulators and legal services. Currently heading the Secretarial, corporate advisory and legal division of the firm.

She has a good liasoning power with various Government Departments of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Law Board, Regional Directors, Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India, Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and Stock Exchanges etc.

MEGHA SAINI

She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Graduate in commerce from Delhi University. She is in-charge and deals with daily secretarial matters of the firms like Company and LLP formation, Annual Compliances of the Companies, XBRL filings etc.. She also represents firm and its clients before various regulatory authorities like Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, NCLT, Stamp Authorities and Reserve Bank of India. She is actively involved in regular day to day secretarial matters on daily basis.

SONALI JAIN

She is Qualified Company Secretary and commerce graduate from Delhi University, she has rich experience in corporate in the field of Accounting, GST etc. She handles secretarial matters of our Clients. She is dedicated professional with good soft skills and additionally handles all the work of accounting and GST. Other professionals like Associates, Attorneys, Consultants and Management Trainees are also employed in the firms under the norms issues by the ICSI.
